They were quick to respond, easy to send window pics through WhatsApp, windshield was repaired in about 20 mins, a small scheduling conflict the day of that could have been on both sides so not a big deal as I had time that day. Windshield repair is about $90 after tax but they do offer the option to bill your insurance which it seems does not increase most policy fees.
